A fantastic 1960s cocktail ring by La Triomphe made in 18k gold featuring an absolutely exceptional marquis shaped opal. The stone has a remarkable glow with strong shades of aqua, green and a peachy-pink flash within. It measures 18 x 8 mm and is surrounded by a halo of twenty-two diamonds and an outer border of small gold flowers and leaves which are enameled in a rich, tropical green. La Triomphe is known to have made some incredibly stylish rings in the mid century and this is certainly an exciting example! Currently a size 7-1/2 and sizable upon request.
