1940s Champagne Diamond Engagement Ring
Offering a unique twist on a classic solitaire style, this 1940s engagement ring features a gorgeous .85ct champagne diamond. The cut is Old European and the color is best described as a pale silvery-yellow. Set in 14k white gold the subtle color of the diamond comes to life in a wonderful contrast against the white metal. The geometry of the diamond-set shoulders creates a nice balance by allowing a little space around the stone, letting it stand out, clean and prominent as it should. East to west from the outer points of the shoulder details is 14mm. The table of the diamond sits 6mm above your finger. The knife edge shank measures 2mm wide all the way around and currently the ring is a size 5-1/2. Sizable up or down upon request.
