Made in the 1950s this pendant has a truly remarkable amount of little details! The elegant and feminine ginkgo leaf shape is enhanced with raised millegrain borders that divide the gently curved surface into five tapered segments. Within each little segment are brilliant bead-set diamonds and oval cut tourmalines that display varied shades of the most beautiful blue-green color. The three sides of the leaf are enhanced with a delicate, carved texture which is a wonderful finishing touch! The leaf hangs from a single, larger tourmaline that completes the design and serves as a bale for the decorative chain to run through. The mounting that holds the larger tourmaline displays millegrain borders as well and a sweet little carved flower detail on the very top. The full length of the pendant (including the larger tourmaline at the top) is 1-5/8" with the widest point measuring 1-1/16". The chain measures 18" and can be shortened upon request.
